1. Install WordPress in your hosting server (http://wordpress.org);

2. Install the SPARK theme;

3. Go to Settings > General and change the Tagline to the name of your group;

4. Go to Users and add who is going to be part of the project;

4.1. You will need first and last name, email address and picture of each person;

4.2. The password for all of them should be set to “spark”;

5. Define a champion, the person who will create the first spark, and give this person the following directions: - go to the admin panel; - log in with your username; - go to Posts > Add New; - the title is irrelevant; - the content is the good deed’s caption and should have no line breaks and don’t exceed 140 characters; - the good deed’s picture is set on Featured Image > Set featured image; - on Custom Fields, select “post_related”, set its value to “0” and click on Add Custom Field; - still on Custom Fields, select “user_challenged”, set its value to two user IDs separated by a comma (e.g. “45,78”) and click on Add Custom Field; - in order to get an user ID, do the following: - go to Users; - put the mouse cursor on any user in the list; - you should see its URL on the status bar in the bottom left of your window screen; - the ID is the number after “user_id=“; - on Publish, change is Status to Pending Review and click on Save as Pending; - still on Publish, click on the blue button Publish;

6. The users challenged will receive an email with all the information they need to create their spark;

7. The next sparks can be posted directly from the cloud; 8. Every new spark needs to be approved (Quick edit > Status: Published) in order to be viewed in the cloud;
