3. Allowing team members to perform their own duties, with consentual acknowledgement results in streamlining the management as well as the creative processes.

 

4. An efficient project manager is essential to keep the sprints productive.

 

5. Constructive criticism, with different solutions being offered leads to much greater team harmony than feedback without suggestions.

 

6. Beta testing, wireframe testing and grey-boxing results in much greater productivity with less time wasted than working in high fidelity.
